LaunchCrate provides a fully-managed SaaS platform with Help Desk, CRM, and Mission Control capabilities. Your SaaS, built and deployed for you with your branding and domain. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaunchCrate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
